What we collect
Only what you enter into the contact form:
- Your name and company
- Email address and phone number (phone optional)
- Service category selected
- Approximate shipment value (optional)
- Free-text message describing your inquiry
We do not use advertising trackers, marketing pixels, or analytics cookies on this site.
How submissions reach us
The contact form is delivered via FormSubmit, a third-party form-to-email relay. FormSubmit processes your submission only to forward it as an email to our business inbox; their handling is governed by their own privacy terms. Once received, your inquiry is stored in our business email system.
Please do not send confidential documents (signed LCs, contracts, banking instructions) through the public form. For those, email razzak@naharenterprise.com directly or ask for an NDA-covered channel.
How we use it
Solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quotation, and, if a commercial relationship begins, carry out routine customer due diligence. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
How long we keep it
- Inquiries that don't lead to a transaction: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Inquiries that become transactions: retained with the related shipment records for a minimum of five (5) years, as required by the Customs Act and the Value Added Tax and Supplementary Duty Act, 2012 of Bangladesh.
Your rights
You may ask us to show, correct, or delete information we hold about you, or withdraw consent to future contact. Write to razzak@naharenterprise.com with the subject line "Data request"; we aim to respond within 30 days. Records we are required to retain under tax or customs law will be kept for the minimum statutory period.
